Academically, Rita is a bright scholar graduated with diverse professional qualifications. She graduated from Western Michigan University, USA with a Masters degree (Hons) in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) majoring in Finance and Economics. Prior to that, she was selected as the Best Student in Diploma in Statistics from MARA Institute of Technology, Shah Alam in 1980.

Every single day we solve problems whether on simple routines and even at the workplace. Our constantly challenging workplace demands our increasing capability to resolve issues quicker and make sound decisions Problems are becoming more complex, involving more diverse people with different perceptions, resources are getting scarce and time seems to be fleeting at a faster rate! Thus we, adults especially as leaders or potential leaders, need to be equipped with precise processes and techniques to solve problems and make decision fast to get the results that matter! However, the best tool we have at our disposal for solving problems is your mind, i.e. begins with clear thinking
