Mr. Duglas Fernandes, a Malaysian, prior to being a trainer cum consultant, held the position as Regional QC Manager, for a leading European Investor. Key responsibilities were to conduct Quality Control Audits for Companies or businesses which were targeted to be acquired or invested anywhere around the globe. Additionally, he was responsible to carry out re-engineering and restructuring for product or process reliability for the group of companies.
Duglas was tracked by “International Head-hunter” and offered the above position from November 2007 until January 2013. During this tenure, he took up assignments with extensive travel to Thailand, Philippines, Laos, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Dubai, India, Sri Lanka, Africa, Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland and many Middle-East countries. This made his career very suitable and adaptable to cross cultures, which adds to his advantage as a trainer cum consultant.
His expertise started with Panasonic (M) for 23 years where he was groomed and molded into a Quality orientated person. His last position held was QC Manager.
His world of experience, knowledge and skill in the chosen field has made him an authority in Quality Management. He conducts a big list of quality related programs in English and Bahasa Malaysia and to list a few are:
